HISTORY:

I started this consulting business in 1997 to assist private forest landowners with the management of their woodlands.  I have many years of experience in the forestry profession and have used my experience and knowledge to help clients throughout the region.

I work independently and receive compensation only from my clients.  I do not receive any payments from timber buyers.  With this independence and my professional integrity, landowners can trust that I am working strictly on their behalf.

B.S. Forestry (Forest Management Emphasis), Iowa State University, 1989.

Inventory Forester, Sierra Pacific Industries, Redding, CA, 1990.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT SKILLS:

I have performed many different types of land surveys (working under the license of a professional land surveyor) on numerous properties using RTK GPS and total station (laser) technology. Although I am not licensed to perform land surveys, my skills in land surveying offer great assistance to landowners in interpreting plats, following previous surveys, and preventing liability in the marketing and sale of timber.
